Dutch developer and publisher, Playlogic, has filed for the Dutch equivilent of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The company was behind games such as Fairytale Fights, and also published Obscure 2 and World Racing 2 in the US. Over its eight year history it also published a number of PC games in Europe.
The company also operated under two subsidiaries - Playlogic International N.V and Playlogic Game Factory B.V
It's never nice to see a company stuggle financially, but I suspect Fairytale Fights wasn't a top-selling title, and it was something of a gamble for the company - being one of its highest-budgeted title.
